It is a critical part of my job that I be able to track agent effectiveness based on time entered. Agents sometimes work on something that isn't assigned to them. They sometimes work on something that IS assigned to them then assign it to the next appropriate person when their part is done. I HAVE to know who has worked on what, when they worked on it, and how much time they spent. This is really fundamental function for a work order system.
