Can the "ADD A COMMENT" button go away from the email template for CC contacts? I did not see that mentioned here: Email Template Customizations Enable Branding and Personalization . It also doesn't appear the button is part of the Header, Footer, or Signature.
CC contacts do NOT have the right to view an incident unless they are also the requester OR they are granted access by their role and cannot view the incident to "Add a Comment." So sending the SAME email to CC contacts as you do to other users is just a bad practice as they do NOT always have the same access.
