Id like to see a feature where If i put a ticket in a state like "24hr countdown" that the ticket will auto resolve in the specified time frame unless commented into as well as a message that we can put in.
We created this state so we know which ones has been tagged to close since our users are bad at letting us know that something is fixed, but quick to tell us if something is broke. At the same time, we dont want to close out a ticket before we know its done and basically want to put it on the user instead.
I did not see anything like this feature and would like something like this put in so we can make things easier for us.
