We are now starting to associated drop boxes with subcategories for email support. This is being done for manual sends to report break/fix issues, as well as automated sends from servers and monitoring systems to report events.
When we go to the Categories page (URL above), we can see the Category, Subcategory, Default Assignee, and Default Tags - but there is no visibility on the Drop Box; nor the option to select the drop box be visible.
Not sure of the level of effort involved in adding that visibility - but the level effort required to open every single subcategory to see:
1. Is there a Dropbox in Use
2. If yes, what is the email address
3. Keep that list updated in a separate location (excel spreadsheet) - so you know what you have used, and what it is mapped to - to prevent re-use and/or have visibility on what is "in-use".
