(Originally posted on 8, June 2016)We have had requests from our customers to have certain values Defaulted in Drop Down fields. Is it possible modify the application to allow a drop down to default to a specific value, so people do NOT have to select the most common answer or the standard answer they need?
This would apply to Service Request Variables, as well as Incidents, problems, etc...
