We have had numerous requests to have some form of "FILTER" applied to the "My Request" screen for the Portal Users. Something akin to the filtering that is available in the INCIDENT index screen. They would like to be able to filter out Closed and Resolved requests, or to search for all their Incidents where the Categorization was "Service Desk | Desktop Support" for example.
Is anything like this in the hopper?
