Sometimes, we get a request from HR to set up a new starter. We have a service catalog item for new starters, however this doesn't always get filled in because HR send automated emails from their HR system directly to Samanage. What I would like to be able to do is convert a regular ticket into a service catalog request, so that we can tick off all the tasks as we progress through their ticket.
