(Originally posted on 25, May 2016)Sometimes it is easier to print out the workflows in the Service Catalog, especially when you are trying to explain the process to a non technical user. The formatting within the design page is pretty good (I have posted ideas around making it great in other posts) but when you print a physical copy, all the indentations go away. I then have to mark up the printout to show the workflow grouping and relationships. Can this be fixed?
