We have an email dropbox and we get tickets from it regularly.
I would like to automatically remove the CC email addresses from the ticket.
They provide unnecessary bloat and we run the risk of someone replying to all in the
incident if I am not fast enough to delete them.
For example, we have employee terminations that HR sends to the email dropbox and CCs the CEO of the company.
Incident is created with CEO as a CC.
Mark from Facilities responds "ID Badge Disabled" before I can delete the CCs Manually.
CEO of the company receives email about the badge being revoked.
Needless to say, the CEO doesn't need to see anything in the incident.
