I think there needs to be more flexibility in the rules assigned to SLM.
Some simple If/Then, or negative options.
I have several categories and sub-categories to create incidents. I want to create one rule that applies to all of them except one, and another rule that only applies to that one.
The second is easy: Just make a rule and assign it to the one category. However, in order to accomplish the first in this case, I need to make a second rule, and then duplicate it for each category.
