Add Criteria Item for Customer Satisfaction Feedback

    It would be nice to have a criteria field that we could select titled "Customer Satisfaction Feedback" and the filter could simply be "Blank" or "Not Blank".  That way we could view and pull our customer satisfaction comments directly from the service desk in an easier way.  Thanks for your time!
