Setting the close in active tickets to 24 hours

    we have a big problem and it is sometimes a pain to go through all of the resolved tickets to closed if you set the close inactive tickets are 24 hours it closes the tickets 24 hours after being resolved so much less hassle.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
