Hi Samanage Community,
It would be great to have the ability to add a timeline in some tickets. I know the workflow could be of help with this but, being a task list, it doesn't give you an idea of the progress of your work.
Example: A user needs to have their laptop repaired. A workflow gives you a list of tasks and a timeline tells you where the laptop is in every moment. Something like:
-Request information from the user
-Arrange a collection
-Request an estimation from Technical Service
-Request approval to repair
Not to mention that it would be visually nicer and would tell you the story of the ticket without having to read comments.
