Restrict Portal Users from viewing certain Categories

    It would be nice to be able to add a role/permission that would allow you to restrict a user from viewing certain categories on the portal.  If they can't see the category, they can't submit an incident based on that category.

     

    Here are a couple different use cases I can think of (would love to hear some more):

     

    - Not letting users submit incidents on applications they don't even have.
    - From an MSP perspective, if you have categories set up as your different customers, not letting those customers see all of your other customers.

     

    I'm sure there are others as well.  Let me know your thoughts!
