Can an enhancement be discussed on possibly adding a permission or a way that an Administrator can edit another user's comment. Reason being (especially when responding through an email to an incident) a signature line will come through or a user will add fluff or get off subject where it is not pertinent to the task at hand. Clean up at time of Admin Review of the incident would help the task be read easier when others review or look for an answer in a closed task.
