Using the update button after ticking certain incidents

    I find it easier to close incidents or mass update incidents via the tick boxes and using the update button. This is quite helpful for system notifications which you may log in your support desk - we use it for back up notifications etc and end up with a good 10-15 tickets in the morning to close before we get to the real incidents.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
