Enhancement  - Creating a ticket on behalf of someone else.

    When creating a ticket for someone, you plug in all the information and Samanage also picks up that I am the assignee to this incident (Meaning, the person creating the ticket). Well, when submitting this it goes back to the incident list but it comes up as "new"


    May I request to have this automatically labeled as "assigned"? Because if you're adding a person automatically to take on the task, I believe it should mark it as assigned. Something like this could make some of the reports and stats inaccurate.
