Automatically change a ticket's status when a response is received

    We've got some custom ticket statuses in our Samanage ("Awaiting IT input" and "Waiting for user response"). We'd really like it if when someone responds to a ticket that's in one status ("Waiting for user repsonse", for example), it changes to another status ("Awaiting IT input", for example).

    What problem will this feature solve?:
