I would like to know if it is possible to add a field item to the subject of a new incident.
For example, we use the service catalog for new hires. We have a field for the new hire name. When that field is filled out I wanted to know if we could see "Employee - New Hire - %New Hire Name%" in the subject line instead of "Employee - New Hire"
