    As of right now, to add a solution to an incident, you have to scroll down to the "Post Comment" area and click on "Insert an existing solution"


    When an item is considered resolved:
    I would like to have the option to "Insert an existing solution" next to or around the "Create New Solution" option.


    When editing the incident, there's only one way to send any info to the user, and that's with w/e you're going to type in the resolution field.
