We would also like to be able to bulk download all attachments from an incident as a single download.
When requester responds to an existing ticket request via email and includes attachments, the attachments are listed below that comment ? which is great. However, we would also like the same attachments to be listed under the main ?Attachments? heading that?s part of the original ticket request ? which means that they would be duplicated in two places.
To differentiate between the attachments ? in the likely scenario where requesters send an updated version of a file, but uses the same filename as the old version -- please include a timestamp of when the file was uploaded or the comment added next to each attachment listed too.
