"Updated at (Timestamp)" column should update when a task is added to an incident

    Currently, when a task is added the incident is not time stamped in the queue view. For operators managing various tickets via tasks its imperative that we can see when an incident has been recently updated with tasks. Currently what has to be done is once a task is added a comment has to be made for the time stamp column to update
