    At the moment, we have option to filter the customer satisfaction through the widget, as date, site and department. However, it will be good to get the report based on the groups. We have more than 10 different groups handles tickets based on the category for all sites. If we have filter for group also in the widget, it will be easy to check the performance of the groups.
    What problem will this feature solve?:
