'NOT EQUAL TO' Filter

    When creating a report for my Service Desk view, can we add a ?not equal
    to? filter?  I would like to see Incidents assigned to all but one category.  So, I would like have the option to create a filter as follows: Criteria: CATEGORY         Filter: NOT EQUAL TO     Filter: UPS

    What problem will this feature solve?:
