Ability to add CC to a ticket with having to go in and Edit Incident

    When attaching someone to a ticket AFTER it's been created, we currently have to go in, edit the incident, and then select the person in the CC drop down. Would like the ability to either type this in from the incidents view itself or a button inside viewing the incident similar to the CC Me Button.
    There are a lot of times when we receive tickets but need to ask approval of their managers before proceeding. This might speed it up a little bit.
