Reporting breakdown for sub-tasks in a service/change etc to identify bottlenecks

    Reporting - to be able to break down the time between stages of a workflow, for example an on-boarding service, to be able to differentiate between the elapsed time for each stage of the task in order to identify bottlenecks for process improvement/streamlining. Currently (as I understand it) you can only report on the overall time of a service/incident/process etc, and not break that reporting down accordingly.
    What problem will this feature solve?:
