Long term plan
(Originally posted on 5, April 2016)Often I am switching between different reports in the incident view. The different reports have different columns that are useful. However, I need to update the view every time I switch to a different report. It would be useful if these column views could be saved with the reports so we don't have to update every time we switch reports. it would also be helpful if the sort column is saved as well.
Some examples of different reports and the different column needs:
- Active incidents (State, Title, Priority, Cat, SubCat, requester)
- Customer Surveys (State, Title, Priority, Cat, SubCat, Satisfied? Feedback requester)
- Group queue (State, Title, Priority, Cat, SubCat, Created, requester)
- Missed SLA's (State, Title, Priority, Cat, requester, Update at)
