I want to see in one place:
Incidents Assigned to me
Incidents I have Requested.
I know this can be accomplished by two separate filter views, but having that working "Bucket" where I can see:
Assigned to me
I have requested
In one place would be great, far too much clicking
and selection having to take place to see thing things I need to be
working on or I have requested.
to doing this - Dashboard > "Incidents By
Requester" widget. This view on the Dashboard for some reason does not allow you
to drill down into the requester. It's a static screen shot.
