    I know I posted this before. But I would like to get a status on this....

    Can I know the status on this? This is starting to be a serious issue and here's why:

     

    Ticket comes in.
    I take this Ticket and work on it.
    My Partner has no idea I took it.

     

    Partner and I are now working on the same Issue at the same time.

     

    or

     

    Partner sees it a little later than I and starts working on it again after I took care of it.

     

    Overall this is creating more work for him and it's pretty frustrating overall not knowing if Anyone picked it up while I am out on the road, a meeting, on vacation. It makes me start to think that I have to interrupt what I am doing to see whats going on and take care of it when it has already been taken care of.....

     

    If anyone has a work around within the application that I can do please let me know.
