+1, especially with the new Service Task User functionality. We'd like to start using a forms from the service catalog a lot more so we can get a lot of the initial information based on the request type out of the way, but the inability for an agent to add tasks to it after receiving it prevents us from doing so. It really does seem like a silly oversight that it's just not there.
We're not even using the Service Catalogue, because we can't add tasks and can't re-assign the tasks in a service request. This really needs to change!
+1 Same as Darren. We've had to retro fit several processes due to the lack of this functionality. We'd love to be able to do ad hoc tasks/approvals for service requests.
