I understand that the tasks module (right side bar) isn't included in incidents generated from Service Catalog. I believe this is seriously flawed logic.
One can only build out the requests into the workflow for predictable circumstances.
We work in IT, when is everything ever predictable?
Tasks are necessary everywhere to add on those unexpected bits of work. Not having tasks in both types of incidents is an invitation for users to avoid the service catalog in favor of a generic incident.
PLEASE include the tasks module here... heck EVERYWHERE!
