(Originally posted on 2, March 2016)Is it possible to show the time spent on a ticket in the reporting tool?
There is a field for it in the tickets but no way to see it besides a dashboard widget (at least from what I can see). We would need to be able to see overall time spent by technician for different intervals of time. It wouldn't be possible to add up the time for each tech by hand.
