(Originally posted on 24, September 2015)We set due dates on employee termination service requests, but to our surprise it does not appear to do anything except show on the dashboard under Incidents Overdue. We want this to notify the same email address that is listed under "Default Notification for All New Incidents". At the very least, it should show up red on the dashboard or something. Is this possible? As it is now, a term that should have been started yesterday was missed.
