Add/Remove/Move/Change fields in forms (PO, Change, Request and incident)

    We would like to request the following for POs, Change, Incident and Service Request forms:
    (I know some things are possible in one form but not in another, but we'd like it if the same was true for all)

     

    Fields in forms should be

    a.) removable if needed (i.e Billing address, Site, Terms and conditions and especially the 'no approver' option. Removing the 'no approver option would be a priority)

    b.) configurable as mandatory (i.e Notes and Department in Puchase Orders)

    c.) movable, so as to change the order and also place customized fields in between standard fields.
