Self Service Portal - Status Page

    In addition to having more flexibility to customize the Self Service Portal, it would be nice to have a feature to provide a status of the systems.  This is the first thing the user sees before creating a ticket? if they see that example, email is down they will not create a ticket unless it really required.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
