    Auto refresh for technician and end user especially technician so they can see when new tickets arrive. For the end user they could see the current status. I'm not sure what's possible in web browsers these days but my/others expectations these days are it just shows up within a few seconds like gmail or others show new messages. If it needs to be set then i would suggest15 seconds30 seconds60 seconds5 minutesIt could be a pulldown menu
