Category Sub-Category cannot be updated from Incident List

    If you have both Category and Sub-Category set to mandatory, you cannot update these two fields while in the incident list, you need to open up the ticket and edit them individually.  It would be helpful if you could have these two fields set to Mandatory and be able to update from the list. 
    We would rather not let agents close the tickets without setting the Category/Sub-Category.
