"View Incident" Link in email for non-portal users.

    We noticed this today, but when an admin like myself clicks on "View Incident" in an email, we are directed to the portal section of SAManage, this is handy for quick comments and such, but if we need to attach more information to a ticket, it's a pain to navigate back to the ticket.

    Optimally, we should default to the non-portal view (let's call it the admin view). And the portal users should still default to the portal view.

    Another good option is to just have a button available for admins to quickly switch to the admin view and stay on the same item they are on. Let's say I'm looking at a Solution in portal view, I should be able to click on "Admin View" or something and switch over to the admin view without losing place on the Solution.
