We want to be able to add some fields to the Incident form that only appear based on a severity of incident or status.
For example we would like to have a closure code box appear when the incident is changed to resolved. This would be a mandatory field and require completion. Currently we have to have this as a non mandatory field and the result is its not being completed.
Also in our old system we used to capture RCA report details within a P1/P2 Incident. So a relevant area for this should appear when the incident is closed.
Is this possible or likely to be on the roadmap?
