Extend Custom Satisfaction Survey

    The new customer satisfaction Survey is great. A couple of suggestions that would make it even better:\1) An option to choose a frequency for how often surveys are sent (every X number of incidents) 2) An option to limit the number of surveys per user per day\(in our case there are people who submit new user requests (such as HR) who will not want to receive surveys for every service request because it could be 10-20 per day) 3) A way to disable the survey per incident/incident type. There may be circumstances where certain requests do not need a survey (for example, incidents that are for internal tracking only)
