Can we get an additional item in scope for a group (like VIP) of the requester in SLA's?
Example, the CEO is a member of the group VIP, he enters a ticket, we want to have a different SLA for the CEO than normal users but want to include all users in the group, not just his department (CEO and CIO are members of different departments).
