Add "save as draft" feature to the Incident form. Sometimes unforeseen system crashes and outages can outright wipe out incidents that have been typed in but not created or submitted. I know you can update the incident with the correct information but I think a "save as draft" feature can save a lot of time when it comes to correcting information and saving information that has been typed in the event of an unforeseen system problem. Another advantage of the "save as draft feature" is if you are able to save the incident and then edit it later, this would prevent too many updates on the incident and emails sent due to inaccurate information that was entered when the incident was first created.
