Priority missing for Service Requests

    You can't set a Priority for Service Requests. After someone completes a Service Request you can edit the incident to change it, but is there a reason why this option is missing?

    It seems like Service Requests should have the ability to have different default priorities just like incidents. Right now they just show up blank, which causes problems with reporting and widgets.
