We would like to be able to utilize the "Track Time" function within Incidents to report against for technicians. Currently, you're able to enter a duration of time with a note, but it's not linked to a person in any way. If you're able to link it to a technician and then report against that data, we'd be able to use this functionality with our consultants to track time worked over a certain period of time.
