Insert variable into incident title from service catalog

    Is there any way to insert a variable from a service catalog request into the title of the incident it creates?


    Examples: If I have a service catalog item for "New computer", when viewing these in the incident list I see multiple instances of "New Computer". In order to determine who each request is for I need to open each incident, assuming that the requester is NOT the same as the receiver (common). Another example would be the ablility to identify specifics of the request. If I have an item to request an iPad and one of the variables allows the requester to select the preferred model, this would allow the title to read "New iPad - Mini, Retina" instead of just "New iPad".
