Task Closure Prior to Ticket Resolution

    The end of the Service Ticket life cycle dictates that all tasks are completed before a ticket is resolved/closed. An error message should generate and the ticket not allowed to be closed as long as there is an open task in an incident.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
