In an effort to keep things as organized as possible, I have created incident categories and sub-categories. I have made the categories mandatory but have no option to make the subcategory mandatory if available.
This would be helpful as I fear that most users will not take the time to look unless they are forced to.
The system should also be able to sense if there are no sub-categories so that it will not require if it does not exist.
