At its current state, OKTA does not support CNAME for Samanage. The redirection fails authentication.
We opened a support ticket with Okta and gathered the following information:
- They have an open internal ticket regarding this issue (OKTA-49367)
- Until that ticket is resolved, they suggest that we remove the Domain Mapping setting to restore functionality.
If any other organizations are impacted, let's huddle up and gain traction on this feature request.
