Capability of CC being able to comment on ticket

    I would like to request that a person who is CCed on a ticket then has the capability to comment on that ticket. Currently they receive email notifications about the ticket, but they cannot view the ticket in their portal nor can they comment on the ticket.


    We want a CC to be able to comment if they choose.


    If this is supposed to already work then something is wrong with our samanage setup.
