(Originally posted on 5, May 2015)We recently implemented Slack (https://slack.com/) internally at Samanage - Slack is a great communication platform that reduces email clutter and eliminates many other communication tools we had in place such as Hipchat, Chatter, Skype, internal emails and many of the automatic notification emails from a variety of tools we're using.
I am interested in use cases for integrating the Samanage Service Desk with Slack. If anyone in the community is already using Slack I'd love to hear your ideas.
